- 6-12 Secret Island Salmon hotdogs
- 1 1/2 cups chopped kale
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- Ranch dressing
- Potato chips
- Pickled teardrop peppers
In a medium bowl combine kale, carrots and a bit of ranch dressing. Enough to lightly coat vegetables.
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill with high heat. Cook hotdogs 4-6 minutes until salmon dogs are grilled and thoroughly heated through.
Spread ranch dressing into a bun.
Place salmon hotdog in a bun, top with kale mixture, crushed potato chips and pickled peppers.
