- 6-12 Secret Island Salmon hotdogs
- Bleu cheese dressing
- 3 stalks celery, cut into 1 inch slices
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 green onions, chopped into 1 inch pieces
- Squeeze lemon juice
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Hot Sauce
In a small bowl, combine celery, parsley, green onion, lemon juice, and season with salt.
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill with high heat. Cook hotdogs 4-6 minutes until salmon dogs are grilled and thoroughly heated through.
Spread bleu cheese dressing into bun.
Place salmon hotdog in bun.
Top with celery slaw, and hot sauce.
Drizzle with more bleu cheese dressing.
