- 6-12 Secret Island Salmon hot dogs
- Kewpie mayo
- Charred corn salsa
- 2 tomatillos, sliced
- 6 thai red chilis, thinly sliced
- Queso fresco cheese
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill with high heat. Cook hot dogs 4-6 minutes until salmon dogs are grilled and thoroughly heated through.
Spread mayo into bun.
Place salmon hot dog in bun.
Top with corn salsa, tomatillo slices, red chilis, and queso fresco.
Sprinkle with Tajin if desired.
