- 6-12 Secret Island Salmon hot dogs
- 1/4 cup Sweet thai chili sauce
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- Fermented carrot
- Crushed peanuts
- Cilantro leaves
In a small bowl, combine chili sauce and ketchup.
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill with high heat. Cook hot dogs 4-6 minutes until salmon dogs are grilled and thoroughly heated through.
Spread ketchup into bun.
Place salmon hot dog in bun.
Top with fermented carrots, crushed peanuts, and cilantro leaves.
