Our Coho Salmon Fillets are lean, flakey, and packed with the rich flavor that today’s top chefs and home cooks love. This 6-pack is ideal for families, parties or a freezer stock-up. Each fillet is individually packaged for easy portioning whenever you’re ready to cook.
FLASH-FROZEN • SUSTAINABLY SOURCED
Defrost individually sealed pouches of Secret Island salmon by placing in the refrigerator overnight. Do not refreeze. Remove salmon from pouch and pat dry with a paper towel prior to cooking.
ON THE STOVE: Preheat non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Rub with cooking oil and season with salt. Cook skin side down for 4-6 minutes or until skin crisps. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes more.*
IN THE OVEN: Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and place salmon skin side up. Bake for 15-20 minutes.*
ON THE GRILL: Preheat to 400˚F. Rub with cooking oil and season with salt. Grill skin side down for 4-6 minutes. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes more.*
*Cooking times may vary depending on thickness of fillet and desired doneness.
