Our chef-inspired Whiskey Glazed Salmon Fillets have notes of brown sugar and caramelize to perfection. Pairs perfectly with seasonal vegetables, sushi rice, or soba noodles for an easy weeknight meal. This 6-pack is ideal for families, parties or a freezer stock-up. Each fillet is individually packaged for easy portioning whenever you’re ready to cook.
FLASH-FROZEN • SUSTAINABLY SOURCED
Farm-Raised Atlantic Salmon, sugar, natural identical flavoring, trisodium phosphate, vegetable fiber, spices (paprika and parsley), citric acid, salt, whiskey liqueur and caramel color.
Defrost individually sealed pouches of Secret Island salmon by placing in the refrigerator overnight. Do not refreeze. Remove salmon from pouch and pat dry with a paper towel prior to cooking.
ON THE STOVE: Preheat non-stick pan over medium heat with small amount of cooking oil. Cook on one side for 4-6 minutes. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes more.*
IN THE OVEN: Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line a rimmed baking sheet
with parchment paper and place salmon on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes.*
ON THE GRILL: Preheat grill to 400˚F. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent the fillet from sticking. Cook on one side for 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes more.*
