- 6 Secret Island Salmon Burgers
- 6 Ciabatta buns
- Your favorite hot sauce – we love chipotle
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Butter lettuce, 6-8 leaves
- 1 avocado, sliced
On a grill (or in a pan) over medium heat, cook the burgers 2-3 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through.
Spread hot sauce on the bottom of the Ciabatta bun. Layer on the salmon burger, lettuce, tomato and avocado. If you’re feeling extra spicy, spread more hot sauce on the top bun!
