Ingredients
- 6 Secret Island Salmon Burgers
- 6 Ciabatta buns
- Red Leaf Lettuce, washed
- Heirloom Tomatoes, sliced
Dill Yogurt Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1/2 cup loosely packed dill
- zest of 1 lemon
- juice 1 lemon
- large pinch kosher salt
- pinch fresh cracked pepper
Simple Steps
In a medium bowl, mix all of the dill yogurt sauce ingredients. (Alternative: You can blend all ingredients using an immersion blender or in a food processor if you’d like a smooth sauce.)
In a skillet over medium heat, sear salmon burgers 2-3 minuets each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve salmon burgers on a ciabatta bun with plenty of dill yogurt sauce, lettuce and tomato.
