Each 12 oz pack contains 3 individual 4 oz Salmon Burgers – each perfectly sized for a single serving.
INGREDIENTS: Farm-Raised Atlantic Salmon, Salt, Maltodextrin, Sodum Tripolyphosphate, Carrageenan, Sodium Tetrapyrophosphate, Sodium Ertyhorbate, B.H.T. (Butyl hydroxytoluene).

Our products are delivered frozen. For best results, we recommend thawing under refrigeration for at least 12 hours before cooking.
Be sure to pat your Salmon Burger dry with a paper towel after removing from packaging.
We recommend cooking our Salmon Burgers with a bit of neutral oil over medium heat in a pan on the stove top or on the grill at 400° until evenly browned and crispy on both sides. Treat this legendary product the same way you would traditional burgers!
Burgers will take approximately 10 minutes to cook depending on temperature and desired doneness.
