Ingredients

  • 2 Packs Secret Island Salmon Bacon (8 pieces)
  • 4 thick slices of sourdough boule
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tahini Cilantro Dressing
  • 2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • 6-8 leaves of Bibb or Boston lettuce

Simple Steps

In a skillet or cast iron pan, cook the Secret Island Salmon Bacon over medium heat, 4 minutes per side or until crispy.

Spread mayonnaise generously onto 2 slices of bread.

Then layer slices of tomato, lettuce leaves, and Secret Island Salmon Bacon.

Spread tahini cilantro dressing generously onto the other 2 slices of bread, and top each sandwich.
