Shipping & Delivery FAQs
Nationwide Frozen Salmon Delivery
We ship our sustainably raised, flash-frozen salmon directly to homes across the continental U.S. Every order is carefully packed to maintain perfect frozen quality from our facility to your freezer — delivered right to your door by FedEx Home Delivery.
Will my salmon arrive frozen?
Yes — we pack your order in premium insulated packaging with dry ice, ensuring it arrives fully frozen and ready for your freezer.
How is my order kept cold during shipping?
We use dry ice (and quality insulation) to maintain freezing conditions in transit. Although the dry ice may evaporate by the time your box arrives, your salmon will remain frozen thanks to the insulation.
What should I do if my salmon arrives and it is not frozen?
We package to keep it frozen in transit, but if you notice thawing (particularly at the edges) it may still be safe — as long as the product is still “refrigerator cold” (40 °F or below). If it’s fully thawed and warm, please contact us immediately with your order number and details.
When will my order arrive?
Once shipped, most orders arrive in 1–2 business days (depending on your location). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $10, and orders over $145 ship for free.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with your carrier’s tracking number once your package leaves our facility. You may also log into your account (or use our “Track Your Order” link) with your email and order number for up-to-date status.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee or refund policy?
Because our salmon is flash-frozen at peak freshness and perishable in nature, all sales are final. If there is a material issue—such as damage to packaging or a shipping delay—please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your name, order number and a description of the issue; we’ll respond quickly to make it right.
Storage & Handling Tips
Once your order arrives, move it into your freezer as soon as possible. When you’re ready to cook, thaw your desired portion under refrigeration for 12–18 hours. Remove from vacuum packaging, pat dry, then cook to your taste. Visit our Recipes page for inspiration.

Transit Times
Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days once shipped via FedEx Home Delivery.
Delivery days vary by ZIP code.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package all the way home.
Frozen Quality Guarantee
Every order is packed with dry ice and insulated to stay frozen during transit.
If the dry ice has evaporated by the time your box arrives, that’s normal — the insulation keeps your salmon frozen solid.
If your order arrives thawed or warm, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Where We Ship
We currently deliver to all locations in the continental U.S.
(Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. boxes at this time.)
Storage & Handling Tips
Once your order arrives, transfer it directly to your freezer.
When you’re ready to enjoy, thaw fillets in the refrigerator for 12–18 hours, remove from packaging, and pat dry before cooking. For recipe ideas, visit our Recipes page.
Dry Ice Safety
Dry ice keeps your salmon frozen while it travels to you. We typically use 5–10 lbs per shipment, and it often evaporates by the time your box arrives — that’s normal.
If any dry ice remains, do not touch it with bare skin. Use gloves or a towel and keep it away from children and pets.
Disposal: Leave any remaining dry ice in a well-ventilated area at room temperature to evaporate. Never place it in the trash, sink, toilet, or a sealed container.
