Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill with high heat. Cook hot dogs 4-6 minutes until they are grilled and thoroughly heated through.

Place salmon dog in a toasted bun, top with a dill pickle spear, sweet pickle relish, tomatoes, sport peppers, yellow mustard and top with the poppy seed sprinkle.
