Cooking Tips
- Our products are delivered frozen. For best results, we recommend thawing under refrigeration for at least 12 hours before cooking.
- Be sure to pat your Salmon dry with a paper towel after removing from packaging.
- We recommend cooking our Salmon Bacon over medium heat in a pan on the stove top or on a sheet tray in the oven at 400 degrees for several minutes until evenly browned and crispy on both sides. Treat this legendary product the same way you would traditional bacon!
- Our Chef Inspired Salmon are fully seasoned and ready to cook, we recommend adding a bit of neutral oil to the fillet for best results.
- Most fillets will take approximately 8-10 minutes to cook depending on thickness, temperature and desired doneness.
